About CAMO
The Capital Area Maintenance & Operations (CAMO) is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization and an affiliate of TASBO, dedicated to providing professional development and networking opportunities for personnel from local school districts and maintenance professionals throughout the Greater Austin, Texas area. We provide monthly educational luncheon meetings, networking with other school districts & vendors. Vendor's present on various topics ranging from Maintenance Best Practices, HVAC, Custodial, Major Construction, security, design guidelines, etc.
Our annual Vendor Fair and Trade Show is held each April. During this event, CAMO proudly presents its yearly donation to the TASBO Scholarship Fund. In 2025, we contributed $10,000, matching our 2024 donation.
